Therapy for Grief and Loss
At Dandelion Counseling, we specialize in supporting people through grief.
No matter where you are in your loss, or what you’re grieving, you don’t have to navigate it alone. You’ll have someone beside you — steady, present, and willing to sit with the waves of sadness as they rise and fall. Grief can be messy and overwhelming, and having a grounded space to process it can make all the difference.
An Anchor in Uncertain Times
We encounter grief many times throughout our lives, often in ways we don’t immediately recognize. While loss through death is the most familiar form, grief also shows up in endings of all kinds — a relationship shifting or ending, a job loss or retirement, the loss of a pet, a difficult diagnosis, infertility, aging, or dreams that didn’t unfold the way we hoped.
These changes can leave us feeling unmoored, overwhelmed and isolated. Therapy provides a compassionate space to navigate these shifts. Grief needs to be witnessed, because being seen and heard in our mourning is an essential part of moving through it in a healthy and meaningful way.
